HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDSAY, KASE DANIEL!!!!
Kase Daniel was treated royally at his first birthday party. The Barton and Muse families gathered at his house to help him celebrate being on this earth for one year. Since he was only one year old all of the excitement didn't do much for him. He really liked the packages, boxes and colorful bows more than the tractors, wagons, trucks, etc.
The theme of his party was Mickey Mouse. He loves Mickey and when Sheyanne went to the store to select a theme this is what he chose. Sheyanne got really brave and made the Mickey Mouse cake. Kase loved it and when given the opportunity he had him some red cake and made a royal mess of it.
Happy Birthday Sweet Boy!

MY GRANDS AND GREAT-GRAND + THE ANIMLS
This Madasan riding Ish (better known as Gray) and leading Black Betty. Black Betty has not conformed to all of Madasan's rules yet so she has to pony for most of the day. |
This is Conner and Conner loves him some Madasan. He sits with her at church and attends all of her ballgames and rodeos. He is something else. |

MORE OF MADASAN'S SR. PICTURES
Madasan is a good athlete and is well liked by most of the students. She just has that personality that causes others to like her without her doing anything to gain their friendship. Because of this she has always been very popular without caring if she was popular or not. She pretty much does her own thing and doesn't care if it is accepted by others. Her sports are very important to her but her showing cattle and riding her horses ranks number one to her. She is a good student but does not strive to be the best like she does in sports and riding.
Madasan has more boyfriends than girlfriends. One of her very best friends is a young man that has been in her class all of their life. He has wanted to date her but she told him that if they dated and broke up it would damage their friendship so they just remain best friends. She has only seriously dated one boy and when he went off to college they parted ways. They still talk but no longer date...as far as I know. She is not like my other granddaughter and talk, talk. She tells you very little and only talks when she really has something to tell you. If you question her and she is not in the mood you get only a short answer. She is something else.
I am anxiously waiting to see just what direction she takes in college. I have tried to talk to her about it but, even with my counseling experience, she just doesn't talk much about it. She does seek help from some of the teachers that she really likes so I'm hoping they steer her in the right direction. We will see!!!

MADASAN'S SR. PROM-2014
Madasan didn't have a date for the Prom this year. She and some of the other girls decided they would have more fun just going as a group. Some of the pictures were taken out at the new pavilion at the lake and the others at the Prom.
SHEYANNE AND DANIEL'S WEDDING-4-5-2014
When she went searching for a dress I knew then that it was going to be just a tad different. While looking for a dress her mom found a pretty dress on the sale rack. Sheyanne looked at it and knew instantly that that was the one. The dress was marked at $320 and was on sale for $27 so that fit just fine. With the $300 I had given her she was able to buy her dress, all of the bridesmaid dresses and some of her flowers.
She took the dress to Carol, a seamstress in town, and told her to cut the top off and put a band on the skirt. She then found a denim blouse, a friend made her a belt and she was fixed up for the dress she wanted. I was almost in shock but old ladies learn to sit back and let these young ones do their thing. On her wedding day with her hair all curled she looked beautiful. She looked the way she had planned it so I guess that is the way a wedding should be. After all, mine was the way I wanted it which was just a ceremony in a dress my mother had made.
Madasan was the maid of honor and when she came down the isle she was already bawling. (She is very tender hearted and cries at the drop of a hat.) Well, when we saw her crying most of the crown teared up. After the six bridesmaids came in the atmosphere was broken with Ayden Howard pulling Kase Daniel, in his John Deer Wagon, to "I Think My Tractor is Sexy". It was pretty cute and Ayden pulled the wagon down by the bride and groom. I just knew the nine month old Kase was not going to sit there fore the duration of the ceremony but HE DID. He did his patty cake, smiled, played with a bubble bottle and did just great. I am afraid he might have stolen some of the bride and grooms show because he was so dad gum cute.
Scott Feemster, Sheyanne's basketball coach, performed the ceremony. Back while she was playing basketball she told him that when she got married she wanted him to perform the ceremony. He agreed! She loved Coach Feemster and since he was a preacher she wanted him for the job.
My cousin, Greg Westfall and his wife Lorie, acted as host to the wedding. Their beautiful home was just what a "cowgirl" needed to satisfy her dream of a cowgirl wedding.
(I will change these picture to better ones when the photographer gets her pictures back to us. She is pretty slow so it may be at the first anniversary.)
