We always have a Howard Gathering for Christmas and that is what we had planned. We were to meet at Ronnie and Jo's house for the celebration but look what happened. We got a seven inch snow and the festivities were canceled. Bummer! Suzanne and her family came for breakfast on Christmas morning and we opened gifts. That was about all of the celebrating we got to do. The next day after Christmas I got upper respiratory congestion and lost my voice and started coughing my head off. I am just now getting over that mess. Everyone around here has been having the flu. Madasan got sick from a basketball injury and then she got the flu. She was down for several days. We are always dreaming of a white Christmas and finally got one.
